The fruit pulp from the tra­di­tio­nal French house of Pon­thi­er stands for hig­hest qua­li­ty and envi­ron­ment-fri­end­ly pro­duc­tion. The very ver­sa­ti­le pro­duct gua­ran­tees a natu­ral, 100% fruit experience.

 

 

Use

For des­serts, ice creams or sor­bets, jams, fruit purées, cou­lis, covers, espu­ma-foam and many more.

Composition

Tra­di­tio­nal: 90% fruit and 10% sugar
Sugar-free: 100% fruit

 

No colo­rants or pre­ser­va­ti­ves as well as a gua­ran­teed, con­stant brix for all flavours.

 

 

Packaging

Re-sealable pla­s­tic boxes with lid (1 kg) and bowls (10 kg).

Storage

Unope­ned for 30 months at -18° degrees Celsius *
Once ope­ned, the fruit purée can be stored in the ref­ri­ge­ra­tor for 3-4 days.
